You are experienced in planning, building and executing engaging CRM programs that drive business contribution and loyalty. You are confident with data analysis, segmentation and building customer journeys, with strong technical knowledge utilising tools such as Oracle Responsys, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Exact Target or Marketo. You are passionate about Customer Loyalty and are a strong communicator who builds working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have at least 5 years’ experience in managing and building multichannel direct marketing campaigns and in developing test and learn frameworks driving conversion rates across multiple channels. You have strong experience and interest in consumer and market dynamics and the ability to quickly develop knowledge of the local retail market and business conditions.
About the job
This role is about creating and building CRM campaigns that deliver to the CRM plan in the most effective and efficient way, in order to deliver against the IKEA loyalty and broader marketing objectives.
Other key responsibilities of this role will include;
- Lead and develop the workflow management and build of campaigns utilising our CRM technology and service providers (Oracle Responsys) that deliver to the CRM plan Support the Loyalty Manager in the development of new member led communication (triggered, behaviour & predictive), testing and learning which content drives the most added value for the member and IKEA
- Assist with the efficient collection and management of customer information across various systems; help co-ordinate the processes to extract and analyse customer behavioural data to implement initiatives in the most consistent way across all touchpoints
- Support and develop co-operation with key stakeholders including Co-Workers, Local Marketing, IKEA BUSINESS and other functions to deliver the optimal communications mix
- Build and maintain relationships with global partners to optimise direct member communication to improve KPI’s and member engagement
