  • What are the available payment methods for IQ Courses and Certificates?

    IQ Students can pay with any of the following methods:

    • Pay securely with credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American express.
    • Request an invoice and pay up to 14 days before the event/course – for payments over $350 only. This is a popular method for students sponsored by their employers.
    • Other instalment payment methods (After Pay/Zip) coming soon.
  • Where are the courses held?

    All ADMA IQ courses outside of Sydney are delivered at Karstens locations. Training venues are located in the CBD, with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport.

  • What time do the courses start? How long do they run?

    All of our day courses run from 9am until 5pm unless noted otherwise.

    All of our evening courses run from 6pm until 9pm unless noted otherwise.

  • Are meals provided?

    For day courses, lunch and morning/afternoon refreshments are provided.

    For evening courses, coffee and tea are provided.

  • Is there WiFi?

    WiFi and power is available at all our venues. 

  • Who are the instructors?

    Our instructors are all industry recognised and at the top of their field. For information on the instructors for your course, please follow this link:

  • What is the typical course agenda?

    Generally our courses have the following agenda though there is some variation depending on instructor:

    9am - Introductions
    9:15am - First session
    11am - Morning tea break
    11:20am - Second session
    1pm - Lunch
    1:45pm - Third session
    3:30pm - Afternoon tea break
    3:50pm - Final session
    5pm - Close

  • Are courses accredited and is ADMA a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)?

    ADMA is a private association and our courses are created by marketing professionals meaning we are industry recognised. However, we are not a Registered Training Organisations meaning that our courses are not accredited.

  • Is there a way to print the content in an online course?

    The course content is built into the online platform meaning that it can not be downloaded. If requested the in class materials can be sent to students if available.
